Brammer extends expertise online with ‘Quick Tips’ videos

The ‘Quick Tips’ series are short, sharp visual aids featuring a number of different product group specialists and industry experts to explain key issues and suggest manageable advice for customers. The videos will be available on the Brammer Quick Tips website www.brammertips.com.

Jeremy Salisbury, Head of Marketing at Brammer UK, explained: “Brammer is renowned across Europe for its comprehensive product portfolio and also for its expertise and the range of value-added support services to help customers reduce their total acquisition costs, improve production efficiency and reduce working capital.

“Our priority is the success of our customers’ operations and we strive to help them achieve this any way we can, which is why we are focused on providing a highly developed digital resource focusing on excellence through our website and other online channels.

“The ‘Quick Tips’ video series offers concise, invaluable insight into crucial industry topics that customers can absorb and apply to their own business scenarios. Each video is tailored to the local audience to truly connect on a relevant topic. In 2011 and into 2012 customers can expect to have access to impactful videos on topics such as lubricants, belts, drives, motors and gearboxes, tools and general maintenance.

“The first video looks at a reliable “formed-in-place” gasket (Instant Gasket) and shows how quick and easy the material is to use and how well it performs under test. The video is available now and it is our hope that we can continue to build on the series and create a full online visual library for customers to utilise time and time again.”
