Dealing with Brammer Sales & Service Centres means talking to helpful, locally-based
staff that have a detailed knowledge of local industry and its needs. Local Managers
are also authorised to source products directly from manufacturers in order to meet
customers' needs quickly and efficiently.

A breakdown can happen at any time of the day or night and when the worst happens
you can trust Brammer to react quickly with rapid product supply and the reassurance
of specialist technical support.

Normal opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and Saturday 9.00 am
to 12.00 noon. However, at all other times an emergency call-out service is available
by simply calling your local Sales & Service Centre.

Field sales staff are always available to visit customers on-site and discuss specific
needs or problems. These are backed-up by expert Technical Specialists who
can be called-in if a customer has more detailed requirements. In addition, BSL
Brammer's authorised status with many leading manufacturers means that customers
also have access to manufacturers' own sales support engineers when required.
