Meinie Oldersma departs as CEO of Brammer

13 March 2017 – Brammer Ltd ("Brammer”), a leading distributor of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services, today announces that Meinie Oldersma has decided to step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since August 2016. Until a successor is appointed, the process for which is underway, Johan Sleebus, currently Chairman, has taken the role of Executive Chairman and Interim CEO.

Under Meinie´s leadership, Brammer has transitioned from a publicly-listed company to private equity ownership, securing and safeguarding the future of the business. He has supported the company through the formulation of its new strategic business plan, and has initiated a repositioning strategy.
